Provider of expert support across Finance for Growth, Business Improvement and Sales and Export Growth, Pinnacle Growth Group is looking to expand its team.

Recruiting for a Lead Consultant (Public Sector); a Business Improvement Consultant, a Graduate Business Analyst, an Economist, and a Bid Writer; the FIVE new additions will be joining an ambitious team that has grown significantly over the last four years.

If appointed, you will be charged with working alongside the wider to team to provide pragmatic, hands on and honest advice across a range of business pillars to organisations operating within a wide spectrum of sectors.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Economist: The Economist will carry out research on the trends pertaining to economics in relation to the production and distribution of goods and services. They will lead on client delivery, taking accountability for clients and projects from beginning to end. They will work collaboratively with other consultants, analysts, and lead consultants to ensure the highest levels of quality, customer service and project success. They will be responsible for analysing reports, developing economic procedures, formulating recommendations and provide sound advice to Pinnacle’s full roster of clients.

Lead Consultant (Public Sector): The Public Sector Lead Consultant will lead on delivering public sector projects from beginning to end. They will work collaboratively with other consultants, analysts, and lead consultants to ensure the highest levels of quality, customer service and project success. They will also identify tender opportunities for new business and complete the submission process.

Business Improvement Consultant: The Business Improvement Consultant will be aligned to the organisations Business Improvement Pillar. From researching, consulting, and reporting on client specific projects; this role will require training and improvement leadership for all clients, especially those within the manufacturing sector. They will work on key client projects, delivering the highest levels of quality, customer service and project success for every client project. They will also introduce key concepts and practices into Pinnacle Growth Group’s operations, and will aim to be a subject matter expert, improving sales and marketing efforts.

Business Analyst: The Business Analyst will provide support to the business consultants, across all teams/business pillars in the business to undertake research and reporting on behalf of client projects. They will focus on business improvement at every opportunity, maximising the use of tools, systems and processes in effective project and task delivery.

Bid Writer: The Bid Writer will lead on all tender bids. The role also requires reviewing and editing of previously written content where necessary, working with other team members to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with
deadlines.

In addition to writing content for use in the bid the role will involve the drafting of all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach.
