Pinnacle Growth Group are so excited to reveal our new flexible office space.

Having a comfortable and enjoyable workspace brings a wealth of benefits to the whole team. The new Pinnacle office encourages flexible working, with no designated desks and multiple different work areas throughout the office.

The office boasts several spaces suitable for meetings, collaborative work or individual work. The ground floor spaces are perfect for team meetings or collaborative working with a whiteboard wall for brainstorming sessions and large screens for presentations.

On the second floor you’ll find individual working spaces with separate desks for our team to work on their own projects, liaison with clients and present their work across multiple screens. The same floor has our brand new board room, the perfect area for meetings, presentations and collaborative working.

The top floor of our office is where you will find the Conference room, as well as more individual workstations. The conference room is a place for our team to work independently or together, take client calls or hold smaller meetings.

This variety of office space allows our team to adapt their working environment to what best suits the tasks they are working on that particular day. This flexible approach to office working leads to an increase in productivity and keeps our team focused throughout the day. A study done by “Hanna” discovered that 64% of workers are more productive when they can work in different settings around the office, which is why our office encourages our team to work across different parts of the office throughout the day.

We use our diverse selection of core team members and associates to ensure that the right skills are integrated into our client’s projects at the right time, to ensure our clients projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. With the new office, our team has more than enough space to effectively work as a team and continue to go above and beyond for our clients.
